Small Business Grants, Does it Exist?

I been searching on google and gov websites about getting a small business grant. While plenty of website offer (for a small fee) a guide on how to get small business grants form the federal gov. The gov web sites I been looking all say the same thing which is the gov offer low intrest loans but not grants, except for non-profit companies. So I just want to ask is there such a thing a Small Business Grants? If yes where/who should I go ask about it.

SBA has already talked to me

I started a business 2 years ago, dumbass punk.
SBA was more than willing to talk to me, and I qualify for several federal grants for small businesses.
looks like you don't know what you are talking about.
just shut up and fetch.
Oh, plan on starting another small business this year.
please shut the fuck up now, you are making all black people look like mean little idiots.
once again, you are too stupid and too brainwashed to read your own link. it hardly supports you.
fucking bozo the clown, the black version.
time to cut the mistrel show, BB.

Open ended grant requests do not work.

You need to focus on exactly what kind of service you want to provide and then find agencies in need of such services.
Grants are given to SBIR (Small Business Innovation & Research) if you have a real contact with a real government agency looking for the kind of thing you are capable of doing.
Otherwise you must play the role of a business seeking to do business with the government on a purchase order or contract basis.
To do this, you need to be a business (fictitious name Federal Tax Id, etc)You then find a Small Business Development Center in your city and ask them to help you log onto government databases where you will find all city, state and federal agencies asking for quotations on whatever they will be buying
