Minority groups such as Hispanics are considered underrepresented and disadvantaged. There are many grants that awarded to them to help them achieve economic prosperity, power and overcome barriers. Services for the disabled

I just found the site yesterday. I was so stoked until I started reading most of the posts here. I have to speak about what I've read. I am disabled and I do not receive services from any agency out there. I keep reading about the lack there of for this that and the other thing. I have read that the war is the cause of this. NOT! This has been an issue for many more years than the Iraqi war and to blame it on such is really very moronic. The biggest reason for the lack of services is the abuse factor. Entirely too many people want/need something who truly don't need it. That has to be my biggest peeve
