I am a woman business owner I recently applied for an sba loan and was declined can anyone give me advice on how to get one?

This might not be the best thread to find a lot of answers as the question
posed is slightly unrelated, however, I will try to offer some insight. There
are countless new ways to get funding today if you are an existing business
owner. There are online platforms such as crowdfunding or peer lending that
offer business loan opportunities if you are willing to put the time in on
the network and have a good campaign (most require good credit) and some
internet posting experience. Additionally there are alternative business loan
companies that provide small business loans for women owned businesses if the
business owner does not meet traditional financing requirements. You require
a consistent revenue stream for several months to be eligible. If you take
that option be sure to see that there are no negative reviews on the lender
and that they are listed with the Better Business Bureau.

More troubling is the bill's $30 billion Small Business Lending Fund. We've called this Son of TARP because it authorizes Treasury to purchase preferred stock in banks with less than $10 billion in assets if they agree to increase their lending to small businesses. The bill encourages risky loans by applying a sliding-scale interest rate on Uncle Sam's preferred stock. Banks that issue fewer new loans will pay as much as 5% interest, while aggressive lenders will pay as little as 1%
