Any recomendations for small Biz software?

I have one business and starting another small business from my house. I have 2 employees, and need software for scheduling clients (20 in a day) as well as billing section to use also.
Anything like that around you can recomend? Also would it have or can I by it with Word/Excel/Power Point, I'm trying to buy one program that does that all? I know I may have to but them seperate but worth a shot, my old Microsoft XP software a little outdated.

Linux Business Partnership?

I started Seattle Linux, Inc., in 2005 as a single person entity, established to provide Linux Services & Support for Small Businesses (5-20 persons). Owing to contraints on my time, at that time (2 year old child, sick 1/3 of the time and home from daycare), I was not able to make it work. Even now I'm generally only available during regular business hours. One thing I did find was that businesses have a certain expectation of business longevity. The sort of calls I would typically get, would be from small companies that had had a single person company set up their Linux systems, and then that person was no longer available for support due to any number of factors

Most AR modules for small businesses are fairly easy.
Again, the computer will do the math for you so that's a nonissue.
It depends on how complicated your billing sitution is. I can't see commercial art billing being that complex but I don't know enough about that business to be sure.
