What are you hideing?

99% of routers have a firewall built into them, for most people this is more then enough. If however you have very critical information on your computer such as small business account information. I would then recommend a firewall on the actual computer. Google linux firewall software the Ebox sweet is pretty good.
Good luck,

Antivirus products outperform Microsoft in tests

Nearly a year after Microsoft Corp. introduced Windows Live OneCare, the company's first foray into the security market is still getting low marks from analysts and users.

Help w/ email & mental health

Hi All,
Apologies in advance for the long email. I'm an independent consultant (communications) and have been having major email issues for the last 2 weeks that are impacting my business (and, quite frankly, my mental health -- sad, isn't it?).
I replaced my old Dell computer (Windows XP professional / MS Office 2003) with a new Dell with the same operating system. I didn't get MS Office (just an oversight when ordering) so I used my existing discs to load Office 2003.
I have both a free and a paid email from Yahoo Small Business. I can't get my Yahoo emails to synch with Outlook even though I've checked, rechecked and tested all my email account settings
