Small biz checking account recommendation

I'm shopping around for a bank. I'm basically going have minimal transactions.
I just got a contract job to develop software. I had to get a business certificate, incorporate, get a tax ID, etc.
The only transactions I forsee are deposits every 2 weeks, monthly payments to Amex, maybe some cash withdrawals and writing payroll checks to myself once a month.
Seems lots of small businesses are using Chase. Any other recommendations?

Of course a hand written

Check is acceptable. We have payroll software and yet I wrote out paychecks and printed the pay stubs because it was easier than loading and lining up checks sometimes. Also, some clients just want me to do the books and their payroll and not print their checks. Not a CPA yet, but I know several and have done books for many small businesses and some people still write out their checks. No state requires a computer generated check for payroll.

Linux Business Partnership?

I started Seattle Linux, Inc., in 2005 as a single person entity, established to provide Linux Services & Support for Small Businesses (5-20 persons). Owing to contraints on my time, at that time (2 year old child, sick 1/3 of the time and home from daycare), I was not able to make it work. Even now I'm generally only available during regular business hours. One thing I did find was that businesses have a certain expectation of business longevity. The sort of calls I would typically get, would be from small companies that had had a single person company set up their Linux systems, and then that person was no longer available for support due to any number of factors
